Dr. Mamata Amonkar, DM Gastroenterology, Gastroenterologist and Interventional Endoscopist
Dr. Mamata completed her training in Medical Gastroenenterology and Hepatology from LTMC, Mumbai and Sion Hospital. She has worked as a Lecturer in Medicine and headed the Department of Gastroenterology at CSM Hospital and RG Medical College, Kalwa. She has a rich experience in managing a variety of GI and liver related conditions

Medical Gastroenterology
We treat all medical problems in Gastroenterology including Inflammatory bowel disease, Irritable bowel syndrome, GERD, GI ulcers, GI infections and many more. Many of these conditions need a detailed and dedicated work up for proper diagnosis and management.
Interventional Endoscopy
At HG Endoscopy and day surgery, we perform a wide. variety of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic interventions and day surgical procedures.
Hepatology
Liver conditions often require a focused approach and therapy. Be it hepatitis, liver cirrhosis or liver tutor, we have you covered. We also specialise in prevention programs like NASH program to prevent liver cirrhosis in patients with with metabolic problems

The Endoscopy Suite is ultramodern with high end endoscopy equipment. a flat panel C arm, a ceiling mounted 4k UHD monitor and anaesthesia machine for safe sedation and anaesthesia for complex procedures
Spacious Recovery Room
The recovery area is spacious with adequate isolation for privacy. This helps in better preparation before and recovery after the procedure.
